10a – Brush and Palette Club Annual Art Show at the Harper Center of First Presbyterian Church
10a – Trolley service begins
10a – Downtown stores open
10a – Touch-a-truck, Pint Size Pastures petting zoo, fun zone, craft vendors, food trucks, activities in the streets
